So we have been using Superseamoss over the past 12 months and now it is imperative that it part of our daily diet . We have tried a variety of different flavours that they have to offer from seamoss with Manuka honey to jam tasting blends mixed strawberries and herbs. The varieties of seamoss I’ve tried over the last 2 weeks have made an incredible impact on my body function with no negative opinions to share, it’s very clean, provides me with exactly what I’ve been after in terms of recovery for the exercise I put my body through, rids of brain frog I’ve been struggling with and overall I’m thriving due to its potent minerals and vitamins it contains
I originally started my Super Seamoss journey with the Golden Ginger and Ruby Radiance, and I loved them so much that I decided to explore more of the range. I started Ruby Radiance as I began to come down with a cold and it beat the virus before it took a grasp on my immune system! Golden Ginger has had an amazingly positive effect on me not getting bloated after eating which is something I was definitely struggling with. It has supported in lowering sugar cravings also.
Since then, I’ve added Wonder Woman for hormone balancing as a woman with PCOS this has been game changing, and Sublime Strawberry for stress balance and circulation support, has definitely lowered my high cortisol levels, and they’ve now all become part of my regular wellness routine.
I love that each blend is designed with different areas of wellbeing in mind, so I can choose what feels most suited to what my body needs. They’re easy to incorporate into my routine, a spoonful first thing in the morning, and I genuinely look forward to having them.

I tried the Seamoss, I had the Golden Ginger one and just after 3 days of taking the Seamoss I had:
